SNOW Days is the local arm of our mission outreach. Each month we identify families in the community in need - getting referrals from agencies in the area. We meet with the family and see how we can work at their home to improve their daily life. Over 2010 we have been able to work at the homes of 7 different families. We have also worked at the common area of a trailer park building a bus stop for the kids and at a local school. Projects include yard work, painting, home improvement, moving items, trash hauling, cleaning and more. In August we were able to help honor local police and firefighters and families with a BBQ swim party.

The International Mission Board has over 5000 missionaries in over 150 countries around the world. The Christmas offering goes 100% to the missionaries and the work they are doing in each country. Missionaries not only teach the Bible to the people but also work to help the people learn trades, recieve education, supply needs and more. We have been able to send teams to East Asia and give out thousands of Bibles in their native language.

Our ministy to the Progreso border is in the 7th year. We have sent teams every year to work on housing, kids programs, literacy projects, distribution of books, clothing , shoes and more. We built a building for a local church that is used as a food bank and distributes food to hundreds of families. We have built many relationships in the community and count many as friends and coworkers as God transforms this community.

Mission Possible is a ministry to Homeless and inner city kids. We have partnered with MP to do events for groups of kids. We have had days at the park, water play days and more. We also partner with the regular work MP does to help the kids through clubs and camps that meet regularly. MP touches hundreds of lives in downtown Austin with the love of Jesus Christ and many services including food, hygiene, doctors, housing, training and more.

Living Water sends teams all over the world to drill water wells in communities without clean water. The wells can completely change the community as they have a clean source of water. Teams also teach about hygiene and nutrition while sharing the love of Jesus Christ. We have been on one trip and are hoping to grow our participation in 2011.
